Modern Meditation Center Offers ’Pop up’ Classes

By H&W on 1st Feb 2019

Flourish Meditation is a new Nashville-based modern meditation studio that offers “gently guided 30-minute classes focused on breath, present moment awareness, and self-development” says founder Kimberly Novosel (pictured). A veteran studio owner (Kimberly was the original founder and co-owner at Verticity indoor cycling studio), Flourish is starting out by teaching classes ‘pop up-style’ in venues around the city. They are hoping to open a ‘bricks and mortar’ studio by mid 2019.

“Meditation is very topical right now with self-care being such a priority in people’s lives, our classes are for any lifestyle with particular emphasis on self development.”
